Working as a cook at Caffeine Jitters & Co. helped me improve my speed, consistency, and discipline inside the kitchen. I learned how important proper food preparation, cleanliness, teamwork, and timing are in delivering good customer experience. The management challenges us to maintain quality while continuing to grow our skills. It’s a fast-paced environment, but it helped me become more confident and responsible in handling kitchen operations
