It’s truly an honor to be part of CJC. I’m deeply grateful to work alongside a team that’s passionate about creating meaningful moments over good coffee and freshly baked pastries. Being part of something that brings people comfort and joy is something I don’t take lightly. I look forward to brewing even more great work together.

Being in the hospitality industry and a food enthusiast, lagi ko talagang naiisip na para akong isang superhero—not because I have powers, but because I get to serve people who are hungry. Isang karangalan para sa akin na maipatikim sa iba ang mga pagkaing inihahain ko.

And also, bilang isang dance artist, naiimagine ko talaga na ang pagluluto ay parang paggawa rin ng sayaw o kanta—may intro, may bridge, at may chorus. Masaya na ako kapag nakikita ko silang masayang kumakain at ninanamnam ang bawat putahe. 🥰
