Guided by our slogan, “CJC: Fresh for the ones you love,” and its fuller version, “Freshly baked. Lovingly brewed. For the ones you care about,” we are committed to bringing warmth and heart to everything we serve.

Being in the hospitality industry and a food enthusiast, lagi ko talagang naiisip na para akong isang superhero—not because I have powers, but because I get to serve people who are hungry. Isang karangalan para sa akin na maipatikim sa iba ang mga pagkaing inihahain ko.

And also, bilang isang dance artist, naiimagine ko talaga na ang pagluluto ay parang paggawa rin ng sayaw o kanta—may intro, may bridge, at may chorus. Masaya na ako kapag nakikita ko silang masayang kumakain at ninanamnam ang bawat putahe. 🥰
