Caffeine Jitters & Co. is looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our growing team. If you love coffee, thrive in a fast-paced café environment, and take pride in your craft — we’d love to meet you.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experienced barista is required
Can perform latte art from basic to advanced/complex designs
• Strong understanding of coffee beans, extraction, milk steaming, and brewing methods
• Knowledgeable in espresso calibration and drink consistency
• Must have good customer service and communication skills
• Can work efficiently during peak hours
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional work ethic
• Maintains cleanliness and proper café hygiene standards
• Willing to learn and grow with the brand
• Not currently a student
• Flexible with schedule, weekends, and holidays

BONUS IF YOU:
• Have experience in specialty coffee
• Can help maintain bar workflow and quality control
• Have experience in inventory or café operations
